We carefully check the product before dispatching. We are well known to deal in quality products but the faults can’t be avoided sometimes.

Defective Products refunds

Defective product’s mandate condition on exchange

The product should contain tag or be folded same as it was at the time of delivery.
The evidence of wearing or tearing of the product will terminate the exchange.
The exchanged should be done within the predefined period.

Shipping Expenses

The postal cost must be paid by the client.
